Guided Practice - Guided Practice returns us to the roots of how yoga was originally taught as a direct transmission from teacher to student. Practicing alongside a teacher can transform your practice by leaps and bounds. This is a stronger, quieter practice where the student is invited to attune to the Shakti Prana moving through the teacher. Learning to listen to the subtle movement cues of the teacher will guide each student to deeply sync to the pulse of the breath and creative energy of the yoga practice.

Feldenkrais Somatic Education - Awareness Through Movement lessons generally begin lying on the floor while you scan your awareness over your body, sensing and feeling your own form and self image. In the lessons you will be given precisely structured movement explorations that involve creative thinking, sensing, moving, and imagining. Many are based on developmental movements we all did as children. Some are based on more abstract explorations of joint, muscle, and postural relationships. The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity. After an Awareness Through Movement class, people often comment that they feel much younger, move and think with greater ease, and see the full vibrancy of the world around them.
